Shipping Policy

In-stock orders ship out within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday. For most USA orders, please allow between 2-3 weeks for your items to arrive after the item has been shipped. For international shipments please allow 14-35 business days depending on your location. Packages to Canada tracking stop updating once it reaches Canada, this is normal and due to Canada's tracking system, Your package is still on its way and on time. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday ship out the next week. Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next business day. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. We have our warehouses stationed in several countries including France, Germany, Belgium, Canada, USA, Australia, Mexico and South Africa. All stock orders ship from our warehouse that may be closer to the customer who placed the order.

SHIPPING COSTS

We are currently offering free international shipping. When this offer expires all domestic and International Shipping rates will be calculated at check out. We will notify every customer at checkout when this happens. Tracking is used for all orders.

International shipping rates may vary depending on the country that we are shipping to. Typical transit time is between 14-35 business days depending on your location, but occasionally items can experience customs delay of several weeks. This may happen due to unavoidable circumstances like delays at border points and other circumstances that may affect transportation like bad weather etc.

BACKORDER POLICY

If you have backordered items in your cart at checkout, those items will not be shipped to you until the item(s) are in stock and available to ship. Sometimes when multiple orders have been placed, the customer may receive the products separately. This is due to the fact that we have warehouses in different geographical locations, and therefore, the items may be shipped from different warehouses, causing them to arrive at different dates and/or times. You will be able to see expected ship dates for backordered items, but these dates are subject to change. You will not be charged additional freight for backordered items that do not ship with your original order.

SHIPPING ADDRESS OPTIONS

Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address for domestic orders. Either option may be selected during the checkout process. Please make sure that the correct address corresponds to the designated billing and shipping areas on the form.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

We are not liable if the incorrect address is entered during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will take full responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
